Our pre-construction manager is your first point of contact with us throughout the early days of our relationship, Simon will assist from the initial site visit and quote preparation to the signing of the agreement that instructs us to proceed with your project. During the project he will also monitor the financial progress, compile valuations and advise of any variations.

They will coordinate between the delivery team on site, consultants, statutory bodies and the client to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to budget.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining ideal inventory levels, she skilfully coordinates material orders and ensures prompt delivery, ultimately fostering smooth and efficient operations for our business.

RMC was formed by Robert Mierzwa using a hand-picked selection of professionals and artisan builders delivering quality projects in London and Surrey across both the residential and leisure industry sectors. The company has a strong background in carrying out projects in challenging locations and against tight programmes. Our team of joiners have produced many bespoke items, from dressers, wardrobes, cupboards and kitchens to stairs, doors, tables and fully functional bars.
