Pre-Construction and Contracts Manager

Our pre-construction manager is your first point of contact with us throughout the early days of our relationship, Simon will assist from the initial site visit and quote preparation to the signing of the agreement that instructs us to proceed with your project. During the project he will also monitor the financial progress, compile valuations and advise of any variations.

In her role as office manager, Renia diligently manages all aspects of procurement, from carefully sourcing dependable suppliers to accurately processing purchase orders. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining ideal inventory levels, she skilfully coordinates material orders and ensures prompt delivery, ultimately fostering smooth and efficient operations for our business.

Our team of joiners have produced many bespoke items, from dressers, wardrobes, cupboards and kitchens to stairs, doors, tables and fully functional bars.
